At  Manikanta Software Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, we aim to provide exceptional products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions when refunds are requested. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. General Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

  • If a payment was made in error or there was a duplicate charge.
  • If the product or service was not delivered as described in the agreed terms.
  • If technical issues prevent the successful use of our digital services and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the original transaction date.
  • The refund claim is valid and supported by relevant documentation, such as proof of purchase or transaction details.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Training fees, including any non-refundable charges paid during onboarding, such as the ₹700 training fee plus 18% GST.
  • Customized software development or digital marketing services once work has commenced.
  • Online courses, workshops, and master classes once access or participation has been granted.
  • Crowdfunding investment amounts, which are subject to their own separate terms and conditions.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide the following details:
    • Name and contact information
    • Invoice or transaction details
    • Reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review the request within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7-15 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Discretionary Refunds

In cases where the policy terms are not explicitly met but exceptional circumstances apply,  Manikanta Software Solutions (OPC) Private Limited(DigiCByte Technologies) reserves the right to grant refunds at its sole discretion.
